The apartment features two bedrooms: one double bedroom and a second double bedroom with a bed that can be separated into two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. There are two fully equipped, modern bathrooms.

The living area includes a lounge with an open-plan kitchen and a comfortable double sofa bed, offering maximum flexibility. The highlight of the apartment is the large furnished terrace, perfect for outdoor meals, moments of relaxation, or evenings under the stars.

The kitchen comes with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay: dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, pod coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

Comfort is guaranteed during your stay: air conditioning/heat pump, flat-screen TV, washing machine, professional hairdryer, and iron are all provided.

Note: As this is a first-floor apartment without an elevator, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
